Conference Fees and Other Costs:

 

         Conference Fee (includes meals)- $275.00

  

   Graduate Student Fee (includes meals)- $155.00

 (A graduate student is an invidual who has neither completed a

 doctorate, nor who holds a full-time faculty position. For questions or

One-Day Fee- $95.00


On-campus accommodation: $55.00/night for one room; $220 for full

conference. Rooms are part of a suite, with a shared bathroom. Each

room has two beds and so can accommodate spouses/other non-

participants if needed.

Registration Acceptance Terms
Acceptance of registration for Surface Analysis becomes effective when the University of Dayton officially receives a request, either by Fax transmission, online submission, written application or verbal communication, from an interested individual wishing to be considered part of the program.  Once affirmed, the participant/member will receive written confirmation of acceptance into the program.  Upon transmission and receipt of confirmation, the registration is considered firm and binding.  Payment is expected at time of reservation confirmation unless alternate arrangements are made at the time of booking.  Additionally, unpiad registration confirmations may be subject to billing to recover operational and administrative fees associated with the program.  Please feel free to discuss this policy with the Office of Special Programs and Continuing Education should you have questions or concerns. (Refer to cancellation policy below).

 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received two weeks prior to seminar start date will be refunded except for a $25.00 administrative fee. Refunds are not possible after this date. Substitution of participants is acceptable at any time. Requests for refunds must be made in writing. After a registration request is made, changes or cancellation may be subject to billing or administrative fees.
